1:1 coaching or consultancy sessions delivered via secure video conferencing platforms (e.g. Zoom)
In-person sessions, workshops, or meetings where agreed in advance
Hybrid delivery combining remote and in-person engagement
Digital collaboration tools and written materials where relevant

Session dates, delivery format, and timelines are agreed directly with clients following payment or formal agreement.

Any resources, summaries, or supporting materials are delivered electronically unless otherwise specified.
