Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines refunds, cancellations, and missed sessions for services delivered by Growing Beyond Consulting Ltd.

Coaching Sessions

 

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Missed sessions without notice are charged in full.

 

 

Coaching Packages and Programmes

 

  • Coaching packages and programmes are non-refundable once commenced.

  • Unused sessions are not refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

Fractional or Retained Engagements

 

Notice periods, termination terms, and payment conditions for fractional or retained engagements are defined in the relevant contract or proposal.

 

 

Exceptional Circumstances

 

In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied at the sole discretion of Growing Beyond Consulting Ltd.
