Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked with high-growth founders, senior leaders, and mission-driven teams across sectors, from scaling tech startups to high-risk industries like energy and aviation. My work combines applied psychology, executive coaching, and evidence-based behavioural tools to support meaningful change across individuals, teams, and organisations.

With an MSc in Occupational Psychology, a Professional Certificate in Strategic Management from Wharton, and as a Certified Hogan Assessor and Lumina Spark Practitioner, I bring a practical, science-based approach.
